Mutton Curry (Jharkhand) – a very simple and tasty mutton recipe from Jharkhand, India.
A few days back, I had posted the recipe for Dhuska (prepared by deep frying ground rice and dal batter). This recipe was shared by a friend from Jharkhand who told me that Dhuska is generally eaten for breakfast with chutney and aoo ki sabzi, but she also mentioned that it tastes great with the Jharkhand Style mutton curry. She shared the recipe for the mutton curry soon and believe me, it tasted just awesome with the Dhuska.
This recipe is a part of my new recipe series which I call ‘Flavors of India’ wherein I have requested people I know from various regions of India to share authentic recipes from their cuisine. The credit for this recipe of Mutton Curry goes to Sonal Verma. Thank you Sonal for this recipe.
