Suji Ka Halwa or Sheera is a traditional Indian dessert which is made during festivals or auspicious occasions. It is also a must to make this Sheera as a part of the Prasad during Satyanarayan Pooja.
Other than serving it at auspicious occasions, Suji ka halwa is very easy to make and can also be eaten for breakfast or can serve as a quick dessert. I always loved Suji ka Halwa as a kid and even now, it is one of my favorites. I make it quite often as everyone else in my house also likes it.
