A few days back, I had overripe bananas which needed to be finished soon. I often make sweet appe with mashed bananas or banana cake or banana bread whenever I am faced with such a situation. However, this time I thought of trying something different. I got together the banana and cold milk and made this quick banana smoothie. I also added a dash of honey for sweetening it instead of sugar. So here I was with an easy, quick, healthy and tasty cold drink for a hot summer day!

Ingredients:
Banana: 1
Milk: 1 cup cold
Honey: 1 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients till you have a smooth mixture.
- Add ice or cool in refrigerator before serving.
