Beetroot Raita is a healthy and delicious side dish which combines the goodness of beetroot and yoghurt into an accompaniment which goes well with both rotis or rice. Plus the color is so attractive and tempting that my toddler took an instant liking to it right from the first time I prepared it 🙂
Here is the step by step recipe for Beetroot Raita with pictures:
Serves: 3
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients :
Beetroot: 1 medium boiled and grated.
Green Chilly: 1 small slit vertically
Sugar: 2-3 tsp
Curd: 4-5 tbsp
Coriander: 1 tbsp finely chopped
Salt: to taste
Method of Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above. Garnish with coriander.
