Bitter Gourd as the name suggests is very bitter in taste and is usually not liked by most people. However, this is one preparation of bitter gourd which is made in Goa which I like. It is called as kismoor and can be eaten with rotis or as an accompaniment in a rice meal. Kismoor is also prepared with dried prawns in Goa (Dried Prawns Kismoor). We will update that recipe for you very soon 🙂
