Bruschetta is a very simple and delicious Italian appetizer which can be prepared in a jiffy and uses very simple ingredients.
A few days back, we had a few friends over for lunch. I decided to make a different menu from what I usually make. I started with Baked Stuffed Mushrooms for starters and decided on Balchao Lasagna for Main Course. I wanted to make something else to go with the Lasagna, but did not want it to be too heavy as Lasagna by itself is a full meal. I decided to make Bruschetta.
Bruschetta is very easy to make and requires very few simple ingredients. It turned out very good and was the perfect side dish to go with the Lasagna. Everyone liked it.
