Butter Garlic Naan is a leavened, oven-baked flatbread infused with garlic and coriander and brushed with butter giving it an awesome flavor. It tastes best with gravies (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
Naan is generally made of all-purpose flour. However, this recipe of Butter garlic naan uses a mix of both all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour. It makes really soft and fluffy Butter Garlic Naan, much better than some of the Naans that I have had at restaurants. Next time I make Butter garlic Naan, I will try this recipe with only whole wheat flour. Will definitely keep you posted on how they turn out.

Make sure that you do not use hot water with yeast and sugar as hot water would kill the yeast. Use warm water. Basically if you insert your finger in the water, it should feel hot but not burning hot.I placed the water in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
