Being in my hometown Goa for the last three weeks, I was on a long cooking break. But of course not an eating break. Nothing can beat mommy’s food and I was served all my favorites which explains the gained 2 kgs. 🙁
However, after this long break, the foodie in me was now longing to get back into my kitchen and whirling up some new delicacies. The menu was finalized – Spicy Potato salad followed by some chicken gravy and whole wheat flour Pav (Dinner Rolls).
When I reached the supermarket to buy chicken, my eyes first fell upon freshly minced chicken and immediately I decided what we would be having that night- Chicken Kheema Mutter with Pav…yummm. I have always loved Kheema- Pav and what would be a better way to make a come back in the kitchen other than cooking my favorite recipe 🙂 Let me also mention here that I used the left over kheema to make Chicken Kheema Parathas the next day 🙂
