A very tasty and flavorful recipe of Chicken Kofta Curry in which chicken balls are cooked in an onion tomato gravy flavored with spices.
Kofta generally consists of minced lamb or mutton mixed with spices and onions and made into balls. In this recipe of Chicken Kofta Curry, I have used minced chicken.
The chicken balls cooked in the Chicken Kofta Curry are super moist and flavorful. I had first read this recipe on a recipe book which I had received with my pan. Tried it finally and it turned out awesome.
It is a perfect dish to serve with Naan or Pav or Rotis or rice. It goes well with almost everything. This time I served it with Cheesy Rice.
