Chicken Shashlik is basically marinated chicken pieces pierced onto a skewer along with capsicum, onion and tomato and grilled.
Mu husband is a huge fan of kebabs. Though I was not too fond of kebabs until a few years back, now I like them. Maybe my husbands taste has rubbed on to me or maybe living in a place like Bahrain which is known for kebabs and Shwarma has made me like them. I have made kebabs several times before, however never ended up taking pictures for the blog. Yes, you can say they were so tasty that they got over before I could take pictures 🙂
This time I tried a new kebab recipe – Chicken Shashlik Kebab and made sure I could take pictures before they got over 🙂
The Chicken Shashlik turned out good, with a taste quite different from the malai kebab I had tried a few days back. I am sure that this recipe of Chicken Shashlik would be a regular in my house now.
