Ingredients:
Broccoli florets : 2 cups (roughly chopped)
Milk : 1 cup
Butter : 2 tsp
All purpose flour : 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream : 2 tbsp
Water : 1/2 cup
Pepper : as per taste
Salt : as per taste
Method of Preparation:
- Boil the broccoli till it is cooked. Grind broccoli to paste.
- Heat butter in a pan. Once the butter melts, add the all-purpose flour and keep stirring for 1 min. This should be done on low-medium flame.
- Add milk and bring to boil.
- Add broccoli paste, water, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Bring to boil.
- Add cream and mix well.
