Sesame Bread Fingers

Serves: 33 bread fingers
- Onions: 1 cup finely chopped
- Capsicum: 1 cup finely chopped
- Potatoes: 1.5 cups boiled and mashed
- Garlic: 4-5 finely choppd
- Carrot: 1 cup grated
- Soya Sauce: 2 tsp
- Chili Powder: 2 tsp
- Bread slices: 11
- Maida: ½ cup dissolved in ¾ cup water
- Sesame seeds: ¼ cup
- Salt: to taste
- Heat a little oil in a pan and stir fry the onion till translucent. Add garlic and stir fry briefly.
- Add capsicum and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add carrot and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add potatoes, soya sauce, chili powder and salt and mix well. Stir fry continuously for 2-3 minutes. Let cool.
- Take a slice of bread and spread a little vegetable mixture on top of it evenly.
- Apply a little maida water paste on top of it and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and shallow fry on both sides till brown. Cut into 3 pieces.
- Repeat for all other slices.
