Avocado Egg Sandwich

Avocado Egg Sandwich is a healthy sandwich recipe which combines the goodness of avocados and eggs!
Ingredients
  • Avocado: 2 ripe peeled and pitted
  • Boiled Eggs: 4 finely chopped
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp
  • Pepper Powder: ½ – 1 tsp
  • Bread Slices: 10
  • Butter: As required
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions
  1. Mash the avocados with the back of a fork.
  2. Add to it the egg pieces, lemon juice, mayonnaise, pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
  3. Apply butter on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Heat a pan. Place a bread slice with the buttered side facing down.
  5. Spread a portion of the avocado egg stuffing on the side which does not have butter.
  6. Cover with another bread slice with the buttered side facing upwards.
  7. Once the bread slice which is on the pan is brown, flip over to cook on the other side.
