Beetroot Raita is a healthy and delicious side dish which combines the goodness of beetroot and yoghurt into an accompaniment which goes well with both rotis or rice.
Ingredients
Beetroot: 1 medium boiled and grated.
Green Chilly: 1 small slit vertically
Sugar: 2-3 tsp
Curd: 4-5 tbsp
Coriander: 1 tbsp finely chopped
Salt: to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above. Garnish with coriander.
