- Scrapped Coconut: ½ cup
- Kokum(Solan): 6-8
- Onion: 2 small finely chopped
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
- Chili Powder: 1-2 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Green Chilly: 2 slit vertically
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Clams: 2 kg (Only half the shell with meat is used)
- Potato: 1 small chopped into small pieces
- Coriander: 4 tbsp finely chopped
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a pan with little water (3/4-1 cup)
- Close lid and let cook till potato and clams are completely cooked.
