- Ingredients:
- Over Ripe Bananas: 1 cup chopped into small pieces
- Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Salt: a pinch
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Green Chilly: 1 slit vertically
- Mustard Seeds: 1 tsp
- Curd: 1 cup
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Mix together the curd, salt and sugar and beat well. I added 1 tbsp of water here to make it into a smooth mixture.
- Add coriander and green chilly and mix well.
- Add the chopped bananas and mix well.
- In a pan, heat 1 tsp of oil and once heated add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Add the mustard seeds to the banana curd mixture and mix well.
