Multigrain Bhakri is an easy to make healthy bhakri recipe which has a crispy outer layer and is soft and tasty on the inside. It is a very healthy, filling and tasty breakfast or snack option.
Ingredients
Semolina: 1 cup
Mixed flour(Bajra, Jowar, Nachni, Rice): 1 cup
Onion: 1 cup finely chopped
Tomato: 1 small finely chopped
Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
Green Chilies: 2 slit vertically
Chili Powder: 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Sugar: ½ tsp
Salt: to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients mentioned above and add 1-1.5 cups water to make a mixture.
Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts.
Heat a little oil on a pan and put one portion of mixture on the pan. Wet your fingers and spread the mixture outwards till you form a disk of equal thickness.
Keep covered and cook till golden brown on one side. Flip over and let cook on the other side too.
Notes
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or butter
