Oats Banana Pancake is a super healthy and easy to make pancake recipe made with oats, eggs, banana and milk as the main ingredients. It is my go-to recipe on days when I have not planned what to make for breakfast in advance as it is so easy to put together and can be made quickly.
Ingredients
Oats: 1.5 cups
Milk: ½ cup
Over ripe bananas: 2 medium
Cinnamon Powder: ½ tsp
Eggs: 2
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Salt: ¼ tsp
Butter: To make pancakes
Instructions
Add all the ingredients mentioned above to a blender and blend to get smooth batter.
Add 1 tsp butter to a flat pan and spread it around. Add 1 ladleful of pancake batter on the pan and spread in circular motion. Keep covered.
Cook to golden brown on both sides.
