Broccoli and Feta Cheese Frittata is a simple and yummy recipe which can be made for breakfast, served as an appetizer and even packed in a lunch box.
Ingredients
  • Broccoli: 2 cups chopped
  • Onion: 1 medium finely chopped
  • Pepper Powder: ½ tsp + to taste
  • Chili Flakes: ½ tsp
  • Eggs: 8
  • Milk: ¼ cup
  • Garlic: 2 cloves grated
  • Feta Cheese: 150 gms
  • Salt: to taste
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
  2. Heat Olive Oil in a pan. Add onion and saute till translucent.
  3. Add broccoli and stir fry till soft.
  4. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes and mix well.
  5. Beat together the eggs, milk, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. In a baking tray, add the broccoli onion mixture and spread it around.
  7. Pour the beaten eggs on top of the broccoli onion mix.
  8. Top with small pieces of feta cheese.
  9. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes till the eggs are set.
