Eggless Chocolate cupcakes are yummy moist chocolate cupcakes which are very easy to make and use very simple ingredients which are easily available at home.
My kids love cupcakes and this is one of their favorite chocolate cupcakes. So I make this quite often.
Here is a step by step Eggless Chocolate cupcakes recipe with pictures:
Makes: 17 cupcakes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
All purpose flour (Maida) : 1 and 1/2 cups
Sugar: 1 cup
Cocoa Powder: 1/2 cup
Instant Coffee Powder: 1 tsp
Milk: 1 cup
White Vinegar: 2 tsp
Oil: 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Baking Soda: 1 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line the cup cake tray with cupcake liners.
- Sieve together all the dry ingredients (Maida, cocoa powder, coffee powder, baking soda and salt). Mix well.
- Add vinegar to the milk at room temperature and let it stand for a minute.
- Add sugar to the milk vinegar mixture and mix well.
- Add oil to 4 and mix till it blends well.
- Mix together the wet and dry ingredients till the batter is smooth and has no lumps.
- Put the cupcake batter in the cup cake liners till 3/4th full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove it and cool on the wire rack.
