Fish Sukhe is one of the tastiest and easiest Goan preparations of fish which is a treat for all fish lovers. And the best part is it is completely oil-free. Any fish can be used for this preparation like pompfret, lady fish, kingfish. I have used the Arabic fish Safi (Rabbitfish in English) here. Sukhe can also be made with seafood like prawns, clams or crabs. We have already posted Prawns Sukhe recipe a few days back.
