Kaskolor Bora is a raw banana cutlets recipe which is very easy to make and uses very few simple ingredients. It can be eaten as a side dish or as a snack too. A very easy and healthy recipe.

Here is the step by step recipe of Kaskolor Bora:
Serves: 3-4
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Raw Banana (Kaaskol): 3 boiled and mashed
Potato: 1 boiled and mashed
Green Chilly: 3 small finely chopped
Salt: to taste
Coriander: 2-3 tbsp finely chopped
Oil: As required for shallow frying
Method of Preparation:

Mix together all the ingredients.

Form small balls out of the mashed mixture and give the desired shape.
- Shallow fry the cutlets and serve with ketchup.
