Methi dal is a simple dal recipe in which toor dal is cooked with methi (fenugreek leaves). It tastes very good both with rice and as well as rotis.
A couple of days back, I had made a post of how in the winter season, our garden treats us to some lovely vegetables. With all the lovely greens growing around us, plucking the fresh veggies and using them in cooking on the same day is what we love doing. Methi grows abundantly these days! Methi dal is one of the recipes which we all enjoy, so it is become a regular at my house now when I pluck fresh methi.
