Here is a very simple methi paratha recipe. Once the dough is made it can serve multiple purposes. It serves as a great breakfast or lunch option as well as a great tiffin box option for my toddler and lunch box option for my hubby. Great isn’t it?
You can replace the methi leaves with palak leaves to make palak parathas or grated carrot to make carrot parathas. These parathas can be served with pickle, butter, curd, tomato ketchup or chutney. In my house, everyone enjoys these parathas with butter.
