Mint Yogurt chutney or Mint Chutney with Yogurt combines the goodness of mint and yogurt and is generally served with tandoori, kebabs and tikkis (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian)
Mint leaves are packed with nutrients such as calcium, phosphorous, vitamin C, D and E. All these nutrients and vitamins put together help in boosting the body’s immune system.
Mint has a very strong and refreshing aroma and I love to use it for drinks. So far I have tried using it for Mint Lemonade and Pineapple Mint Juice and it was loved by everyone in my house.
Mint can also be used in making different chutneys. It is commonly used in making Mint Coriander Chutney which is a must have chutney with chats like Ragda Pattice.
This post explains how to make another delicious chutney – Mint Yogurt chutney. We all love it with tikkis and kebabs like Murg Palak Ke Korme. In fact the last time I made these kebabs when guests had come over, the mint yogurt chutney was enjoyed as much as the Korme.
