Multigrain Bhakri is an easy to make healthy bhakri recipe which has a crispy outer layer and is soft and tasty on the inside. It is a very healthy, filling and tasty breakfast or snack option.
Bhakri is nothing but a round flat unleavened Indian bread which is common in West India . It can be made with several different types of flour like jowar, bajra, rice or semolina. My mom used to make Rava Bhakri for breakfast very often when we were kids and we used to love it. Over time, we started adding other mixed grains flour to the bhakri recipe to make it healthier.
The best part about this bhakri recipe is that it is instant without requiring advance preparation. Often when I have not planned in advance what to make for breakfast, I go for this simple recipe. It uses very basic ingredients easily available in the kitchen and is ready in a jiffy. Plus it is tasty and filling. A single multigrain bhakri eaten for breakfast can keep you full till lunch time.
