Oats Banana Pancake is a super healthy and easy to make pancake recipe made with oats, eggs, banana and milk as the main ingredients. It is my go-to recipe on days when I have not planned what to make for breakfast in advance as it is so easy to put together and can be made quickly.
These pancakes can be eaten plain or can be eaten with toppings of fruits\honey\pancake syrup\whipped cream as per your choice.

Makes: 5-6 pancakes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Oats: 1.5 cups
Milk: 1/2 cup
Over ripe bananas: 2 medium
Cinnamon Powder: 1/2 tsp
Eggs: 2
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Butter: To make pancakes
Method of Preparation:

Add all the ingredients mentioned above to a blender and blend to get smooth batter.
- Add 1 tsp butter to a flat pan and spread it around. Add 1 ladleful of pancake batter on the pan and spread in circular motion. Keep covered.
- Cook to golden brown on both sides.
