Palak rice is a very healthy and easy rice preparation which combines rice with the goodness of spinach. This is an awesome rice dish to eat by itself or in combination with any gravy or raita. It can also serve as an excellent lunch box or tiffin box option.
I have been very lucky that everyone in my family loves Palak. Whether it is a palak gravy like mutter palak or dal palak or dahi palak, or an appetizer like murg palak ke korme or spinach corn tikki, we love it all. This is the first time I experimented with a rice recipe with palak. And again, it was liked by all.
