Paneer Cheese Croquettes is a delicious snack in which a paneer and cheese mixture is stuffed in a potato cover and shallow fried till golden brown.
Last week, I wanted to make something interesting for my kids tiffin box. I decided to make Poha fingers and boiled potatoes for the same. However, soon I realized that I am short of Poha. Since the potatoes were already boiled and I wanted to use them, I thought of trying something new. Thus came up these Paneer Cheese Croquettes.
These Paneer Cheese Croquettes turned out amazing and everyone at home loved them. I am sure they will figure in my menu very often now. Paneer Cheese Croquettes is also an amazing snack to make if you have guests coming over. It has a soft and cheesy inner stuffing which melts in your mouth.
