Paneer Cutlets are delicious snacks or appetizers which are easy to make and yummy in taste! They are perfect as a tiffin box snack too which makes them a regular in my house.
Here is the step by step recipe for Paneer Cutlets with pictures:
Makes: 20-25 cutlets
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
Paneer: 2 cups crumbled
Onion: 1 medium finely chopped
Green Peas: 1/2 cup boiled
Potato:1 cup boiled and mashed
Green Capsicum: 1 small finely chopped
Green Chilies: 2-3 finely chopped
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Bread Crumbs: 1/2 cup + for coating
Method of Preparation:
- Mix together all the ingredients mentioned above.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into cutlet. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.
- Dip each cutlet in the bread crumbs
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown on all sides.
