Here is a very easy to prepare Peanut Butter Cookies recipe which is sure to be a hit with both kids and adults.
A few days back, my husband and I both picked up Peanut butter in the supermarket without knowing that the other has done so. So we ended up with two bottles of peanut butter which was a lot for us. I thought of trying out peanut butter cookies and I am so glad that I did.
The cookies turned out delicious. Perfectly crunchy and with just the required taste of peanut butter. In fact, I can say that it is my most favorite cookie recipe now apart from my other favorite – Wheat Chocolate chip cookies.
