Pineapple Halwa is a delicious Goan halwa recipe which is very easy to make and tastes great with bread and rotis.
This is my moms very simple and yummy recipe for Pineapple halwa. It also lasts for a very long time in the refrigerator without any preservatives.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Pineapple: 2 cups cut into small pieces
Sugar: 2 cups
Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Put the pineapple and sugar together in a pan. Close lid and let cook on low heat till pineapple pieces are cooked and the sugar syrup thickens a little.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
