Prawn Rava Fry is a very simple and delicious preparation of prawns in the Goan style which can be served as a starter or also as an accompaniment with the main course.

Serves: 4-5
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Prawns: 500 gm deshelled and deveined
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Chili Powder: 2-3 tsp
Salt: 1.5 tsp
Semolina : 2/3 cup
Coconut Oil: for frying
Method of Preparation:
- Apply Salt, chili powder and turmeric powder to the prawns.
- Dip each prawn in the semolina and coat it on all sides with it.
- Heat coconut oil in a flat frying pan.
- Shallow fry the prawns till golden brown on both sides.
