Here is a delicious and easy Prawns Biryani recipe. This recipe consists of three parts – making the rice, making the gravy and making the garnishing. Then the rice and gravy are layered out and garnished with fried onion and cashew nuts. A truly mouth-watering affair 🙂
Our regular readers will know by now how much we love prawns. The number of prawns recipes on the blog proves that. Also, as I have mentioned in my ealier posts, my family loves Biryani. My hubby and I have always been Biryani fans, but the best part is that my 3 year old too loves Biryani now. I often get to hear from her “Mamma, I want to eat Biryani today”. And of course, my hubby nods in unison and Biryani is on the menu for that night 🙂 This time it was to be a combination of two of our favorites – Prawns and Biryani. Hence I came up with this Prawns Biryani recipe.
This Prawns Biryani recipe is quite easy to make and uses simple ingredients. Hope you like it as much as we did 🙂
