My daughter loves Prawns Pulav. When she is in the mood to have it and I am short on time, I usually make this version of Prawns Pulav. It is quick to make and tasty too. It is good to know a few such dishes which can be prepared quickly and yet make a complete meal (Egg Biryani, Green Peas & Mint Pulav, Mushroom Biryani). When you are short on time, you can just pick one of them and your meal is ready within minutes.
There is another more elaborate version of Prawns Pulav which I also make and love which I call Green Prawns Pulav. You can have a look at it.
But until then, here is the simpler and quicker version for you 🙂
