Prawns Sukhe is one of the tastiest and easiest Goan preparations of prawns which is a treat for all seafood lovers. It is a perfect side dish in a typical Goan meal consisting of fish curry\solkadi and rice. It can also be eaten with rotis.

Here is the step by step recipe for Prawns Sukke with pictures:
Serves: 3
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
Scrapped Coconut: 3-4 tsp
Kokum(Solan): 3
Onion: 1 small finely chopped
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder: 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly: 1 slit vertically
Salt: 1 tsp
Prawns: 1 cup small
Potato: 1 small chopped into small pieces
Coriander: 2 tbsp finely chopped
Method of Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients together and place in a pan with little water.
- Close lid and let cook till potato and prawns are completely cooked.
