Salami Rolls is a very simple appetizer which can be prepared in under 15 minutes.
Last week, we were invited to a friends house for dinner. For appetizer she served salami rolled up with a filling inside. We all loved it, specially by daughter. I decided to give it a try and at the first instance that I got hold of salami, I purchased it. I got instructions from my friend on how to prepare it. However, I did not have 75% of the ingredients which she had used. So I made my own version of the filling. It turned out awesome. Entire credit for this idea goes to my friend Ruchi Mahindru. Thanks a ton!
