Set dosa is a very easy dosa recipe which serves as an excellent healthy breakfast item. It is a popular breakfast in Karnataka. It is called as Set Dosa because it is generally served in a set of 3 dosas per serving. These dosas are usually served with coconut chutney or sambar.
Everyone in my house loves dosas, so I end up making them quite often. I had got this recipe of set dosa from a friend several years back and had noted it in my recipe book. Finally, this time when I made it I took pictures so that I can post it on the blog.
