A spicy potato salad is just what you need to go with a nice meal. It can be served as an appetizer or it can be served with the main course. It is very easy to make and we all loved it so much that it disappeared within minutes of being prepared.
Making innovative salads has become a new challenge for me since we have started having salad and soup meals twice a week. Tomato Feta Salad, Avocado Tomato Salad, Mixed Veggies in Vinaigrette dressing, Roasted Sweet Potato Salad are some which I make very often…This time I tried another new one – Spicy Potato Salad.
