Stuffed Mushrooms is a delicious Mushroom appetizer which is very easy to make and uses very simple ingredients.
The last time I visited Carrefour, I came across these big mushrooms which were inviting themselves into my shopping cart 😛 When I saw them, I knew that they were perfect for making stuffed mushrooms. However, I had never made Stuffed Mushrooms before but had definitely drooled over pictures of them posted over the internet. Now the next task at hand was to decide how to make them as delicious as the ones in the pictures.
I came up with this very simple recipe with ingredients I had available in my house. It turned out delicious and we all loved it 🙂
