A very simple tomato soup recipe which is very easy to make with basic ingredients. This is my moms tomato soup recipe which I have been making over so many years and is a hit in my house too.
The finely chopped onion and garlic add an additional flavor to the tomato soup. You can also add dried bread cubes to it if you like it.

Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking time : 10 min
Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 4 cut into quarters
Onion: 1 finely chopped
Garlic: 10 cloves finely chopped
Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Method of Preparation:
- Boil tomatoes and blend in mixer. Strain to get juice.
- Heat the tomato juice extracted above. Add pepper powder, Chili Powder and salt and mix well.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Stir fry the garlic and onion till brown. Add it to the tomato juice.
- Let the soup boil.
