Whole Wheat Paneer Tikka Pizza is a healthy pizza recipe as the base is made of whole wheat flour. This is a recipe for pizza made from the scratch i.e including the pizza base, pizza sauce and the delicious paneer tikka topping. And the best part about this Pizza is that it is made with whole wheat flour pizza base.
I started making pizza base at home a few months back when I made Veg Pizza and loved it so much that I never bothered buying pizza base from the store again. However, I always wanted to try the pizza base with whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour. This time, I made this whole wheat paneer tikka pizza and it was so delicious and of course healthier, that I have decided to make whole wheat flour base whenever I make Pizza now. Who says Pizza is unhealthy? If you have a whole wheat base with a good collection of toppings of your choice, you can make a perfect complete balanced meal from a Pizza 🙂
