Here is a recipe for healthy and tasty whole wheat pancakes which you are sure to enjoy. This recipe uses whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour which is generally used for pancakes, hence making it really healthy.

Makes:Â 7 pancakes
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time:Â 5 minutes
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat flour: 1 and 1/2 cups
Milk: 1 cup and 4 tbsp
Yogurt: 1/2 cup
Eggs: 2
Baking Powder: 1 and 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Sugar: 5 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Butter: to make pancakes
Fruits: for making smiley
Method of Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients mentioned above except butter and whisk to form smooth batter.
- Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp of butter and spread around. Add 1 ladleful of pancake batter on the pan and spread in circular motion. Keep covered.
- Cook both sides till brown.
- Garnish with fruits to make smiley. Serve with honey.
